How to submit a privacy rights request to HZ360

This page is referenced from the HZ360 General Privacy Policy (Section 12) and the HZ360 Children’s Privacy Policy (Section 16) as the place to submit a privacy request. HZ360 does not yet collect these requests through an online submission form on this page — today, every request is handled the same way, by a person, through the contact channels below.

WHAT YOU CAN REQUEST

• Access to the personal information HZ360 holds about you or your child.
• Correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion of personal information.
• Restriction of, or an objection to, certain processing.
• A portable copy of your information, where applicable.
• Withdrawal of consent, including a specific optional consent (such as wearables, photo/video/audio, coach visibility, share links, or biometric) without withdrawing the others.
• Information about who HZ360 has shared your information with.
• An appeal of a denied request, where applicable under state law.

HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST

To help HZ360 respond quickly, please include: your name (and your child’s name, if the request concerns a child’s account); the email address or account associated with the request; what you are requesting (see the list above); and, if you are a parent or guardian making a request on a child’s behalf, how HZ360 can verify your identity and parental authority.

HZ360 verifies the requester’s identity and, where applicable, parental authority, using a method that is reasonable, proportionate, and not unduly burdensome, before acting on a request.
